Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field. 10+ years of experience leading reputed company or large-reputed company ERP systems. Strong experience with hospital or reputed company IT environments. Proven reputed company leading reputed company ERP transformations and big-bang deployments. Expertise in HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and reputed company reputed company. Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with reputed company assurance, governance, and testing methodologies.
