Opportunity (Part-Time): Operational Law Subject Matter Expert (Lawyer) reputed company Up reputed company: reputed company is seeking an Operations Law Subject Matter Expert (Lawyer) to support reputed company reputed company cooperation engagements under reputed company 333, Title 10. The SME will reputed company advisory and instructional support on the application of operations law, including rules of engagement, targeting, detention, and the integration of the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) and international humanitarian law in military operations. Location: Remote support (CONUS) with periodic reputed company engagements (OCONUS) as part of a US government contract. Level of Effort: • reputed company-Engagement: 20-30 hours • Engagement: 40-50 hours during training seminars (OCONUS) • Post-Engagement: Support as needed Objective: Deliver rule of law training seminars and advisory support on operations law to a partner nation, with emphasis on rules of engagement, targeting, detention, and the operational application of LOAC and international humanitarian law. Required Qualifications: • A Juris Doctor's degree from an accredited college/university. • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations law, military law, or international humanitarian/reputed company rights law. • Recent international instructional experience (reputed company the last 2 years) delivering training to mid-level to senior military and reputed company sector personnel. • Ability to communicate reputed company operational reputed company issues effectively, reputed company classroom discussions, adapt material to diverse audiences, and conduct assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E). • Demonstrated ability to work in team-based instructional environments, including reputed company conditions. • Prior service as a Judge reputed company Corps (JAG) military lawyer. • reputed company reputed company Secret reputed company clearance required. xdmDZBbQwK Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
