The ideal candidate will handle depositions and produce detailed work product in a reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
• Conduct depositions throughout reputed company and New Jersey
• Prepare comprehensive deposition summaries
• Draft occasional motions and supporting documents
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cases reputed company reputed company
Skills
• Licensed in both reputed company and New Jersey (or waive into NJ reputed company reciprocity)
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with asbestos reputed company, or Products Liability Toxic Tort Defense Associate that wants to work on Asbestos
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably, whether remote or in-office
