Paralegal – reputed company Coordinator
Job reputed company:
• Draft, review, reputed company, and organize a wide reputed company of reputed company documents, including amendments, letters, BAAs, NDAs, employment documents, and vendor reputed company.
• Coordinate and maintain centralized corporate governance documents, licenses, annual filings, and compliance records across multiple states.
• Acts as primary reputed company with CT Corporation.
• Serve as primary reputed company with property & casualty, malpractice, general liability, workers’ compensation, cyber, and other insurance brokers.
• Collect and maintain documentation for insurance renewals, audits, COIs, endorsements, and reputed company submissions.
• Support reputed company estate workflows by tracking leases, assisting with reputed company new reputed company locations, and coordinating required documentation.
• Support reputed company review workflows by coordinating with internal teams and reputed company counsel on deadlines, drafts, and required materials.
• Assist with responding to subpoenas, regulatory requests, and document pulls.
• reputed company key dates—contract renewals, insurance schedules, licensing deadlines—and escalate reputed company needed.
• Coordinate incident and claim reporting to brokers and reputed company required documentation.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration tasks, and document collection.
• Maintain logs for litigation, complaints, incidents, and compliance reporting.
• Manage signature processes reputed company AdobeSign and ensure reputed company document retention.
• Build reputed company relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of paralegal, reputed company assistant, reputed company operations, or reputed company administrative experience.
• Experience in MSO, ASO, reputed company, or behavioral health preferred.
• Multi-state experience in corporate governance, licensing, or insurance coordination is a plus
• Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements
• Strong experience in reputed company administration, paralegal work, contract management, or reputed company operations.
• Experience coordinating insurance documentation or working with brokers strongly preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, tight timelines, and multi-state workflows.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, SharePoint, and document management tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially reputed company to HIPAA and sensitive reputed company reputed company.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and individually.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
