Sr Labor Litigation Paralegal [Remote]

The candidate selected will be the sole litigation paralegal for the NFL Management Council, the labor/litigation group reputed company the reputed company department that services the 32 NFL Clubs and the NFL Officiating Department and will be responsible for managing case files for grievances and other department-reputed company litigation and for preparing arbitration materials (e.g., exhibits, etc.). The candidate will coordinate discovery submissions and filings, proofread documents and assist with reputed company research. Other tasks will include assisting with various department initiatives, including reviewing non-player reputed company, updating records of arbitration precedent, and hiring of part-time law clerks. Responsibilities • Supports reputed company aspects of labor-reputed company grievance arbitration and litigation, including injury and non-injury grievances, system arbitrator proceedings and club/employee grievances. • Builds highly organized and detailed case files, which may include medical records and discipline letters, and prepares and files pleadings, discovery-reputed company submissions, exhibits and hearing binders. • Tracks litigation deadlines and maintains litigation calendar and lists of cases to be scheduled in the Fall and Spring grievance calendars. • Assists labor counsel with litigation research tools. • Conducts review of workers' compensation claims, coordinates reputed company grievance filings, and provides necessary background and support to reputed company workers' compensation stakeholders. • Reviews non-player reputed company and tracks compliance with reputed company rules. • Helps administer part-time law clerk program, which includes assisting with hiring and reviewing work product. • Drafts and edits reputed company correspondence, including grievance letters, settlements and on-field discipline appeal reputed company. • Coordinates subpoena responses and litigation holds. • Processes billing for reputed company counsel, court reporters, arbitrators, and consultants.
