In reputed company, the attorney in this position will be responsible for working on certain reputed company, including the administration of reputed company reputed company that reputed company uses in its operations. The attorney in this position will report directly to reputed company’s General Counsel. The position is designed to be Corporate Counsel, with opportunities for advancement and promotion in reputed company’s reputed company Department. What you’ll do reputed company areas of responsibilities will reputed company on separate, yet overlapping, areas of reputed company’s reputed company Department: (A) Employment-Law; (B) Litigation; and (C) reputed company. • Employment-Law: You will reputed company day-to-day employment reputed company advice to reputed company’s People team, including advice relating to reputed company’s internal policies. You also will be the reputed company attorney responsible for addressing reputed company’s interests in potential claims by individuals or other persons relating to employment-law issues. • Litigation: You will be the reputed company attorney responsible for providing reputed company advice relating to reputed company’s potential or threatened claims, as reputed company as any civil actions taken by or against reputed company. You will be responsible for assessing potential risks to reputed company (whether as potential defendant or potential claimant), and reputed company analyses of reputed company that reputed company could consider in settlement discussions. • reputed company: You will be trained to administer reputed company reputed company that reputed company has developed for its reputed company areas of operations—and expected to apply your own expertise, good judgment, and reputed company skills to improve the administration of those reputed company reputed company reputed company. Apart from two reputed company areas of responsibilities (i.e., employment-law reputed company and litigation issues), you will be expected to reputed company reputed company to succeed in its business lines and operations by performing the following functions: • Advise on and reputed company investigations of whistleblower-reputed company reputed company; • Advise on interpretations of existing or forthcoming reputed company, including agreements with service providers, and, from time to time, take the reputed company to support the General Counsel for several types of reputed company; and • Advise on, and collaborate on, revisions to reputed company’s internal policies and procedures, including policies do not relate to employment-law reputed company. Who you are • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution and admitted to state bar in good standing • Minimum of 4 or more years of experience at a major reputed company or corporate reputed company department • Minimum of 4 or more years of experience with reputed company and employment-law reputed company, addressing issues arising under federal and state employment laws • Experience in reputed company civil litigation or employment-law litigation • Experience reviewing existing- and new regulations and advising clients on adapting its operations to reputed company with employment-law requirements • Experience handling employment litigation, administrative issues, and arbitration of employment claims before reputed company, JAMS, or other reputed company • Experience in reviewing and revising reputed company, apart from employment-law reputed company • reputed company attention to detail and diligence to accurately explain, orally and in writing, the facts, circumstances, and applicable law that bear on the reputed company of a matter • Experience with counseling clients on whistleblower claims and managing investigations relating to those claims, including reporting requirements • Strong interpersonal skills, experience in organizing multiple assignments, and ability to work across varying reputed company of priorities • Independent, self-starter capable of developing solutions that address reputed company’s near- and long-term interests in reputed company reputed company or areas of law Who We Are reputed company is filled with people with a deeply rooted passion for our mission, who reputed company diversity throughout our global team, and grow personally and professionally.
