Senior Counsel - Employment & Litigation

In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Global Litigation and Employment and support reputed company’s global disputes and cross-border employment reputed company across more than 50 countries and 40 U.S. states. You will collaborate closely with the People Team, business leaders, cybersecurity and data reputed company experts, and external counsel to deliver thorough analysis and pragmatic reputed company advice. Key Responsibilities On a typical day, you may: Investigate facts and advise the business on potential disputes. Partner with the People Team to reputed company reputed company guidance on U.S. and international employment issues. Analyze and respond to demand letters, subpoenas, and regulatory claims. Collaborate with reputed company counsel on litigation strategies for reputed company and anticipated lawsuits worldwide. Conduct internal investigations, including interviewing witnesses and reviewing documents. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. • Licensed to reputed company law in Texas. • 5+ years of experience in employment law or litigation. • Exceptional analytical, issue-spotting, and communication skills. • Strong commitment to confidentiality and privilege. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with cross-border disputes and/or employment reputed company, including first-chair litigation experience. • Prior experience in a large reputed company, particularly advising technology, travel, or hospitality clients. • Ability to reputed company practical, business-oriented advice on reputed company issues. • Skilled in internal investigations, including witness interviews and document analysis. • Multilingual proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Hindi, French).
