Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and Leasing, this role supports leasing and marketing efforts across a portfolio of communities and requires approximately 90% travel. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans to drive reputed company traffic, partnering closely with on-site teams and leveraging available resources and reputed company. • Collaborate with local management to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with university officials, business partners, residents, and other key stakeholders to create marketing opportunities. • Manage and optimize reputed company-party marketing and leasing platforms, regularly reviewing and refreshing messaging, campaigns, and offers to maximize reputed company reputed company. • Maintain accurate and detailed market reputed company tracking reputed company reputed company, analyzing performance to identify and prioritize high-performing traffic sources. • Establish, implement, and reputed company leasing goals and renewal strategies to reputed company occupancy targets, motivating leasing teams through creative goal boards, contests, and incentive programs in partnership with leadership. • reputed company and support training initiatives reputed company on sales and leasing best practices, including curb appeal, tour paths, sales techniques, follow-up strategies, and effective use of leasing tools and technology. • Support Property and Regional Managers in maintaining reputed company reputations and strong relationships with universities and surrounding communities. • Partner closely with Leasing Managers, Regional Marketing Specialists, General Managers, and Regional Directors to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing and leasing initiatives. • Assist with special reputed company and additional initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years of experience in student housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3-5 years of onsite management experience preferred, especially in student housing General Manager or Assistant General Manager roles. • Excellent communication skills, with strong reputed company speaking abilities preferred. • Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Entrepreneurial reputed company: creative, proactive, and willing to challenge the status reputed company to meet reputed company and company needs. • Willingness and ability to travel 90-95% of the time.
