Phone Triage RN

Responsibilities: The Phone Triage Registered reputed company provides skilled nursing telephone triage for participants experiencing medical concerns during nights, holiday and weekends in accordance with reputed company policies and protocols. The Phone Triage RN works in collaboration with the PACE center staff. This role provides nursing support to the participants, caregivers and staff after hours reputed company phone and communicates with the provider on reputed company. Provides clinical guidance and education to the participant, family and caregivers as needed.
