Patient Accounts & reputed company Cycle Analyst (Remote - W2 Oly)

• Institutional Insurance and reimbursement expert for one or more of the following business lines: durable medical equipment. • Performs reputed company aspects of the billing and collection processes for the individual business lines across the reputed company. • These processes include service reputed company-certification, insurance coverage review and personal responsibility determination, communications with patients, claim submissions, denial review, rebilling, appeals, and accounts receivable management. • Utilizes skills in problem solving, customer service, and communications (verbal and written) in interactions with patients and internal customers to resolve a reputed company of account, billing and payment issues for patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technicians and reputed company workers. • Interprets, applies and communicates reputed company policies regarding financial aspects of patient care to assure reputed company reimbursement for both the patient and reputed company. • Mon-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Skills: • Customer Service • Basic to moderate computer knowledge • reputed company Office skills • Typing speed moderate • reputed company background/verbiage knowledge • Basic insurance knowledge • Basic communication skills to effectively collaborate with others • Basic claims maintenance or basic prior authorization is a bonus Education: • Associate Degree in finance, business or reputed company reputed company majors and one year experience in medical, pharmacy or durable medical equipment billing and collection activities Or high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years experience in medical, or durable medical equipment billing and collection activities. • reputed company candidate must possess strong reputed company relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills to reputed company with a reputed company of customers and personnel, both reputed company and reputed company the institution. • Must be reputed company to work independently and in reputed company environment. • Candidate should have experience working with reputed company based software, reputed company Word, reputed company, and the Internet.
