**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll also resolve product or service issues, maintain customer records, and contribute to team efforts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and respect.
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
* Follow up to ensure resolution and ensure that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
* Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately documented.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, such as participating in training sessions, attending team meetings, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, suggesting improvements and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
**Requirements**
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.

**Educational Qualifications**

* Experience with CRM systems is a plus, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
