Key Responsibilities

  • Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive timely updates and exceptional service
  • Email responses to customers, providing them with updates and ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Collaborate with our Help Desk team to coordinate calls with customers, as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Work independently to close out tickets quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail. While no prior experience is required, ideal applicants will have previous experience in an I.T. Help Desk ticketing environment or online customer service role, particularly in a technology company or busy online retailer. You should be comfortable working on a computer all day and possess exceptional typing skills, as well as the ability to focus and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or technical support is an asset
  • Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail
