About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional.
  • Efficiently track orders, verify information, and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, within established company guidelines.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, presenting customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
  • Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A dedicated home office or workspace with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work a standard schedule of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons.
  • A minimum of six months of experience working remotely, demonstrating your ability to self-motivate, manage your time effectively, and maintain productivity in a home-based setting.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, providing support through various channels, including email, phone, chat, and social media, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using customer service ticketing systems, such as Zendesk, with the ability to navigate and utilize technology to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry, keyboarding, and software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other performance indicators, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new languages and cultures.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
