About the Role

The Customer Service Representative serves as the face of arenaflex's customer experience, providing a high level of service, support, and education to customers throughout the repair process. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for explaining the repair process, coordinating rental reputed company and tow companies, and ensuring reputed company delivery of vehicles to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Explain and reputed company customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information and processes
• Maintain a broad knowledge reputed company of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to reputed company one-stop service to reputed company customers
• Ensure reputed company vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor or designated backup teammate

• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments

• Maintain DRP logbooks and reputed company ARMS daily
• Secure reputed company payments and assist with reconciling invoices to payables reports daily and monthly

Qualifications and Requirements
