We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to reputed company remote reputed company-shift support for our automated packaging and material handling systems. This role is critical to ensuring 24/7 operational uptime for our customers, including high-volume distribution centers and reputed company fulfillment sites. The technician will be responsible for reputed company-time troubleshooting, system monitoring, and escalation support for Tension-based automation equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• reputed company reputed company-time remote technical support for Tension automation systems, including print-and-apply, reputed company, and bagging equipment.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, alarms, or customer-reported issues during reputed company shift.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, and other control system components using remote diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel to guide mechanical or electrical adjustments and verify reputed company.
• Document reputed company support interactions, reputed company causes, and corrective actions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to engineering or field service teams as needed.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to support documentation and training materials.
• Support reputed company improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Strong understanding of PLC logic (Wago, Allen-Bradley, reputed company, or similar) and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with Tension-based systems, servo motors, and print-and-apply technologies is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to reputed company guide reputed company and document technical issues.
• Comfortable working overnight hours and participating in an on-reputed company rotation if needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Two or more years of experience supporting industrial automation systems, preferably in packaging or material handling environments.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
• Fully remote position with required availability during reputed company shift hours.
• May require occasional travel for training or on-site support (less than 10%).
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
