Member Experience Program Consultant

Job reputed company: • Build relationships with provider offices to coordinate and execute wellness events • Engage multiple partners (providers, vendors, Member reputed company, Transportation) • Drive gap‑closure reputed company through event planning, member attendance efforts, and follow‑up reporting • Monitoring health education programs trending and analysis of findings and making improvements. • Implementing reputed company programs to members and providers to facilitate an increase in the number of preventative health services. • Supports the planning and execution of community reputed company initiatives which reputed company on improving the Stars reputed company scores, improving the overall member experience and improving member health reputed company. • Ensuring reputed company and performance standards as defined by CMS, BCBSA, reputed company and reputed company accrediting bodies. • Travel about 50% of the time across Tennessee (with flexibility to choose reputed company) Requirements: • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Business, reputed company Relations, Marketing/ Advertising, or reputed company field • 2 years - Experience in the reputed company industry required • 1 year - Marketing and/or communications experience required • 1 year - Project management, account management or similar experience required • 1 year - Experience in a member/customer-reputed company position is required. • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams • Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint) • Accuracy and attention to detail • reputed company to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical skills Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • reputed company time off • Flexible work arrangements Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
