About the position We are seeking a strategic and reputed company-reputed company Employee Benefits Consultant to reputed company the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive employee benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits reputed company, compliance, and vendor management, along with strong analytical and communication skills to support both internal stakeholders and external clients. Responsibilities • Manage a book of business with a service team including reputed company and reputed company relationships. • Analyze and evaluate employee benefit programs. • reputed company recommendations to improve the effectiveness in program design, policies and practices. • Participate in and facilitate strategic planning sessions. • Manage renewal/marketing process with the service team including review of vendor/reputed company services, prepare and analyze reputed company data, communicate trends to clients, and reputed company and communicate recommendations. • Assist in the sales process with prospective clients, as needed (RFP; proposal development/presentation; etc.). • Prepare and facilitate reputed company meetings including agendas, communication materials, coordination of resources, etc. • reputed company claims and financial analysis for clients where data is available. • Effectively delegate reputed company the service team and reputed company the final peer review. • Proactive and reputed company education of market trends, compliance and regulations. • Work a ‘reputed company with 2 to 4 days per week on-site.
