Job (Project) reputed company: We are looking for a SPIFF Consultant to reputed company end-to-end delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using SPIFF. The role involves conducting reputed company discovery, gathering business requirements, designing and configuring SPIFF logic, supporting testing and deployment, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of compensation processes. Location: • LATAM • Europe • reputed company Requirements: • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). • Proven hands-on experience with SPIFF or similar ICM tools such as Xactly, reputed company/Callidus, reputed company, or reputed company. • Familiarity with CRM and ERP ecosystems • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal). • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive successful project reputed company reputed company to have: • SPIFF University Level 1 and Level 2 certifications (or equivalent expertise).
