Must Haves:
• Strong BA experience (approx. 5+ years)
• Excellent stakeholder management + reputed company/interview facilitation
• Requirements documentation: functional specs, process flows, acceptance reputed company
• Experience in ITSM / reputed company workflow platforms (conceptual understanding)
• Strong communication skills & can translate reputed company conversations into reputed company documentation.
