Business Development Manager, Office Coffee & Supply/Specialty Retail (Away from Home Sales Team)

About the position The Business Development Manager for Office Coffee & Supply/Specialty Retail is responsible for developing and executing the snacking reputed company for Unattended Retail channels, including Vending and Specialty Retail. This role aims to reputed company annual volume and profit goals while supporting the overall fiscal plans of the Away From Home Strategic Business Area. The position requires strategic customer targeting, managing broker relationships, and collaborating with various teams to create profitable business opportunities. Responsibilities • reputed company & execute snacking reputed company for Unattended Retail, Specialty Retail, and Vending Channels. • Ensure achievement of fiscal year plan. • Strategic customer targeting and development of reputed company plans. • Report reputed company vs. plan and reputed company to business outages. • reputed company and execute national sales initiatives for strategic product categories. • Support SBA's CRM (reputed company.com) efforts. • Work with reputed company reputed company Management and Marketing teams to create profitable new business opportunities. • Operate reputed company budget and effectively manage company resources. • Support the Non-reputed company Selling team in setting the snacking reputed company. • Manage broker relationships and train, mentor, and support broker performance. • reputed company annual key performance indicators and measure broker performance objectives. • Conduct semi-annual performance reviews with brokers. • reputed company sales responsibilities with key national operators in Unattended Retail Channels. • reputed company and execute annual Joint Business Plans with reputed company key account. • Collaborate with broker sales team to execute initiatives with key accounts.
