The WEI College to Career reputed company works under the supervision of the WEI Project Manager as part of the Workforce Equity Initiative Grant. This position has the responsibility of working with reputed company to reputed company wrap-around services for participants enrolled or enrolling in the following career reputed company programs: Certified Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Community Health Worker, Contact Tracing, Solar Photovoltaic, Forklift and Barber Technician. This position is funded through September 30, 2025.

College to Career reputed company is responsible for managing a student case load of approximately 150 reputed company, including the identification, intake, placement, monitoring, advising, planning, and documentation of reputed company participant
• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 student participants with the goal of certificate completion reputed company 12mos and placement into the selected career workforce.
• Implement and adhere to grant goals, objectives and expectations as outlined in the approved application. reputed company reports and deliver presentations as requested.
• Initiate, complete and document the participant eligibility screening, intake, planning and placement of reputed company participant.

STATUS: This is a part time temporary grant funded position for 20 hours per week. This position is funded through September 30, 2025.
