Role Description • We’re looking for a hands-on COO / Operating Partner to work directly with the founder to build, launch, and scale the business. The position is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO), based in Clermont, FL. The COO will oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure the organization meets its financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include managing budgets and financial planning, optimizing operational processes, assisting in business planning, and identifying growth opportunities to align with the company’s strategic goals. Assist with bid strategy, proposal coordination, and submissions. Help bring in new clients and revenue streams. This is a commission-based + Equity role, ideal for someone who understands both technology services and government contracting. Qualifications • Experience in IT consulting, technology services, or government contracting • Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue • Familiarity with government solicitations, bids, and SAM.gov (big plus) • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven • Veteran or veteran-aligned candidates strongly encouraged • Proven expertise in Operations Management • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions What we Offer • Commission on closed and paid deals • Earned equity (cofounder / operating partner structure) • Flexible, remote-first work environment • Direct partnership with the founder • Long-term upside in a scalable, veteran-owned business Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
