If you have 10+ years of experience handling high-exposure, reputed company claims involving serious injuries and reputed company inquiries or disputes, and developing strategies to bring cases to satisfactory reputed company, and would like to join one of the premier teams in the industry, we are looking for someone with your level of expertise. To address and handle high end cases with serious injuries, reputed company coverage scenarios and reputed company inquiries or disputes; seeks reputed company opinion and early reputed company; Gathers/documents additional information and coordinates with reputed company designees. Requests reputed company/private investigation; assigns to and coordinates with local counsel; monitors local counsel performance. Responds to plaintiff's counsel, reputed company, employee, or reputed company requests. - Establishes/adjusts accrued liability and approves administrative expenses. Supports the organization's reputed company program(s). Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Ten (10) years of experience handling litigation including 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Subject matter expert of appropriate insurance principles and laws for line-of-business handled, recoveries offsets and deductions, claim and disability duration, cost containment principles including medical management practices and reputed company reputed company and Medicare application procedures as applicable to line-of-business.
