Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I

reputed company has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I . In this position, you will be responsible for the management and overall reputed company of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements. Major duties • Coordinate the execution of Product Attachments and reputed company compliance requirements to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company requirements prior to procurement awarding business to a vendor. Monitor the submission of contract requests to the Health Plans to ensure reputed company, accurate, and appropriate submission and turnaround time. • Support with management of contracting standards used reputed company the Procurement department and reputed company procedures, including but not limited to contract templates, playbooks, clause library, checklists, policies, procedures, and reputed company reputed company to adherence with such standards. • reputed company as a junior subject matter expert for contracting standards and compliance requirements reputed company to vendor reputed company.
