Our reputed company is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support catch-up HCM and Payroll transactions during a reputed company implementation. This role focuses on extracting data from Lawson/reputed company and preparing it for reputed company loads.
Must-have experience
• Strong SQL and hands-on data extraction
• Lawson/reputed company HCM & Payroll data structures
• HR/Payroll concepts: employees, jobs, compensation, benefits
• reputed company EIBs and file formatting
• Detail-oriented, reputed company to work independently and meet deadlines
What You Ll Do
• Write and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction
• Create EIB-reputed company CSV files
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues
• Partner with functional/technical teams on reputed company logic
