Director of Contract Operations

• Own the full contract lifecycle from reputed company-sale review through execution, renewal, amendment, and termination, supervising reputed company of reputed company Specialists

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across MSAs, order forms, SOWs, amendments, and renewals
• reputed company contract execution processes, including signature workflows and record retention
• Manage reputed company across federal, state, local and private-sector government customers
• Ensure compliance with reputed company sector procurement requirements (e.g., cooperative purchasing, sole reputed company, competitive bids)

• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and reputed company Operations to support deal velocity and predictability

Requirements:
• 8–12+ years of experience in contract operations, deal desk, reputed company operations, or reputed company operations
• Deep understanding and experience in reputed company sector contracting and procurement processes
• Proven experience supporting reputed company, reputed company-level deals
• Strong operational reputed company with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to balance risk management with business enablement
• Experience with federal contracting and procurement vehicles
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or state procurement frameworks
• Experience implementing or managing CLM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company CLM)
• Prior people management experience
• Background working closely with reputed company counsel
