Position reputed company
The Leave of Absence/ HR Administrator is responsible for managing and administering employee leave programs in compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role serves as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company employees and managers regarding leave-reputed company reputed company and ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and communication throughout the leave process. This role will also assist in:
Responsibilities
• Administer reputed company’s employee leaves of absences, including FMLA, reputed company accommodations, state-specific leave programs, military leave, and company-sponsored leaves
• Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and reputed company’s regarding leave eligibility, processes, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and reputed company-party leave vendors
• reputed company and maintain leave documentation in leave management system
• reputed company reputed company notices, approvals, denials, and return-to-work communications
• Support the reputed company interactive process and coordinate reasonable accommodations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and medical information
• Prepare reports and metrics reputed company to leave activity as needed
• Stay reputed company on changes to leave laws and regulations
• Working with the HR Business Partner, assist reputed company’s with employee relations reputed company, employee handbooks, assessments as needed.
Requirements
• Associates degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Two or more years of experience administering leaves of absence
• Strong working knowledge of FMLA, reputed company, and applicable state leave laws
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment legislation
• Experience with HRIS and leave management systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Multi-state leave administration experience
• HR Generalist experience
