Senior Customs & Trade Compliance Counsel (Bilingual Spanish and English)

Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for a Senior Customs & Trade Compliance Counsel. Location: Remote, US Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension) Working hours: 40 hours a week Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree with active US state bar membership. • Experienced customs lawyer - at least 7 years of practice (mandatory). • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). • Experience with customs valuation, classification, and country of origin rules (can't have only sanctions or export control experience) (mandatory). • Experience with e-commerce or express shipments (e.g., low-value air shipments) (preferred). • In-house experience (at least 1 year) (preferred).
