They are seeking Technical Consultants to reputed company support and troubleshooting for reputed company 365 services, focusing on integration and optimization in compliance-driven environments. Responsibilities • reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for M365 services and reputed company Online Services • Assist with integration, configuration, and optimization of M365 tools and solutions • Support user permissions management, data retention policies, and compliance settings • reputed company and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge reputed company articles • Collaborate with IRS SMEs and project teams to resolve reputed company technical issues and ensure alignment with IRS-specific requirements • Participate in technical reviews, solution implementation, and adoption of best practices Skills • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical consulting, support, or systems administration roles, with a reputed company on reputed company 365 in reputed company or government environments • Experience supporting federal government clients or environments with high compliance and reputed company requirements; IRS experience preferred • Proficiency in Power Platform, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Administration • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work effectively in a remote, compliance-reputed company federal environment • Must have or be reputed company to obtain a reputed company Trust (MBI) clearance • Must complete reputed company IRS-required reputed company, reputed company, and compliance training • Must adhere to federal cybersecurity and organizational protocols • Familiarity with reputed company Online Services and reputed company management tools • Experience supporting distributed or remote technical teams • Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, and reputed company Trust • Experience creating training materials and providing end-user support for M365 solutions reputed company • reputed company is a CVE and Hub Zone Certified, (Disabled) Veteran Owned Small Business offering cutting edge, integrated Information Technology solutions.
