While awaiting the results of the bar examination and subsequent admission to the bar, under the direction and supervision of an admitted attorney, the 3L Law Clerk prepares pleadings and motions, conducts discovery, including reviewing documents, interviewing clients, preparing trial materials, and summarize and analyze research.
