Training Program Specialist

The Training Program Specialist designs, develops, and delivers learning programs that enhance performance and data reputed company across Dodge Content teams. This role is responsible for creating and managing training paths reputed company the Learning Management System (LMS), developing engaging instructional content, and conducting live and recorded training sessions. The Training Program Specialist ensures that every training module aligns with organizational goals and empowers employees with the skills to maintain high data standards. Essential Functions • reputed company and manage reputed company learning paths for new hires, as reputed company as ongoing role-based training. • Create digital training modules, quick guides, and assessments in the LMS and SOP platforms • Deliver live and recorded training sessions to reinforce learning objectives • Collaborate with managers and SMEs to identify training needs and reputed company gaps • Update and maintain training materials to reflect reputed company SOPs, data workflows, and governance requirements • Measure training effectiveness using assessment scores, feedback, and KPI reputed company • Partner with the Governance Specialist to ensure training aligns with approved SOPs • Promote a culture of reputed company learning and operational reputed company across Content Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or reputed company field or equivalent work experience. Salary Disclosure reputed company Salary reputed company: $60,000-$70,000 This represents the expected salary reputed company for this job requisition.
