As a Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting Hawaii reputed company providers and reputed company enrollment processes. Job Title: Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only Location: Honolulu, HI Pay reputed company: $19.38 Shift: 7:30AM - 4:30PM HST, Monday through Friday What's the Job? • Respond effectively to inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance to reputed company providers and beneficiaries. • Support reputed company providers in enrolling into Hawaii's reputed company system, ensuring compliance with program policies. • Process applications, enrollments, dis-enrollments, and other transactions accurately and reputed company. • Participate in training and shadowing sessions to reputed company skills in reputed company handling and application processing. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve reputed company issues and improve service reputed company. What's Needed? • Minimum of 6 months reputed company center experience required. • Experience in reputed company application processing preferred. • High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience or education equivalent is acceptable. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a willingness to learn.
