Customer Research & Insights Analyst

As Customer Research & Insights Analyst, you will deepen customer understanding, monitor competitors, and deliver actionable insights that drive best-in-class experiences and business reputed company. This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal guidance, reputed company research initiatives end-to-end, and influence decision-making across the organization. The analyst will proactively identify insights opportunities, manage priorities, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
