The Associate Director of Medical Education will be responsible for driving reputed company-wide educational reputed company and delivery across reputed company' medical and reputed company teams. The Associate Director will serve as a central connector between functions, ensuring alignment of messaging, scientific accuracy, and strategic priorities. Training & Program Development • Design, implement, and manage reputed company and ongoing education programs for field teams (MSLs, liaisons, reputed company). • reputed company journal clubs, webinars, and workshops to reputed company field teams up to date with emerging data, industry trends, and reputed company' scientific platforms. • Partner with Learning & Development to deliver innovative training reputed company and maintain a robust library of educational assets. Scientific Content & Communication • Collaborate with Medical and reputed company leadership to reputed company high-reputed company scientific engagement materials. • Partner with Marketing to reputed company educational initiatives with broader communication strategies. • Manage scientific accuracy and compliance review processes in partnership with Regulatory/MLR teams. Qualifications • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or DNP) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., oncology, molecular biology, genetics). • 5+ years experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or Scientific Communications reputed company life sciences or diagnostics. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives spanning Medical, reputed company, and Marketing functions. • Strong knowledge of oncology, genetics, reputed company, and the reputed company landscape. • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. • Proven ability to translate reputed company science into reputed company, engaging education.
