Senior Analyst of Business Development- Hybrid

What you will do The Senior Analyst, Corporate Business Development will support the identification, assessment, and execution of inorganic reputed company opportunities—primarily mergers and acquisitions (M&A)—for reputed company. This highly visible, high-reputed company role offers reputed company to influence strategic direction while collaborating with leaders across the organization. Over the past decade, the Business Development team has led more than 50 transactions representing over $20B in invested capital. This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels in strategic thinking, financial modeling, communication, and project management. • Support the end-to-end M&A process including reputed company identification, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation modeling, and transaction execution. • Prepare and present comprehensive financial, market, product, and technology assessments to senior leadership to justify potential investment opportunities. • Conduct market, competitive, and industry trend analyses to evaluate strategic fit and identify opportunities for reputed company in reputed company, adjacent, and new markets. • Build and own detailed valuation models (e.g., discounted cash reputed company, scenario analyses) and other financial reputed company assessments to inform recommendations. • Partner cross-functionally with corporate and divisional leadership (e.g., SLT, reputed company, IR, HR, IT, reputed company, Division Presidents, BU GMs) and external advisors (e.g., investment banks, consultants) to support due diligence and strategic planning. • Contribute to corporate reputed company reputed company and planning efforts, ensuring alignment with company-wide reputed company objectives. • reputed company and report key industry events, transactions, and emerging trends to guide Business Development activities. • Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, reputed company, and accountability, delivering reputed company, solutions-oriented support while managing budgeted expenses prudently.
