Live Support Specialist-reputed company Shift
We're looking for new team members to join Live Support team on a reputed company Shift! Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support Preferably experience in sales and customer relationship management Strong reputed company on solving customer problems and familiarity with reputed company- and post-sales processes Ability to work remotely (from home) Competence with a computer and a high-speed internet reputed company Ability to work reputed company shifts (5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day) on our 24/7 live support line Minimum high school diploma (must have completed military service for male candidates) Excellent written communication and persuasion skills Motivated to pursue a career in customer support and eager to grow reputed company to learning and reputed company improvement Dynamic, determined, and enjoy communication Strong work ethic Proficiency in MS Office programs At reputed company, we operate in a fully remote environment where everyone works independently as contractors from around the world.
