Job reputed company We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Registered reputed company with interest in or with a specialty in Geriatrics and Palliative Care to join our reputed company team. We are a small and growing home-based reputed company that serves patients in reputed company California and reputed company surrounding Atlanta, reputed company. The ideal candidate is licensed in both states, or willing to add license to both states, is English and Spanish speaking, and has excellent communication and triage skills. This role requires excellent clinical skills, reputed company, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families. This role is remote and involves helping the physicians and APPs respond telephonically or reputed company to patient needs by helping to triage. The role is part time with the reputed company to expand to full time with benefits if right fit and as reputed company grows. Need minimum of 3 days a week (8-12, or 1-5), some weekend work may be OK but most the work must be during daytime business day hours. Must be accessible by phone during assigned work hours.
