[Remote] Senior Payroll Specialist (US Multi-State, Remote)

They are hiring a remote Senior Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state, multi-reputed company US payroll operations from end to end, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance while providing reputed company advisory support. Responsibilities • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple US clients across multiple states • Ensure payroll accuracy across: • Federal, state, and local taxation • Multiple pay frequencies (weekly / bi-weekly / semi-monthly) • Bonuses, off-cycle payrolls, retro adjustments, garnishments • Support payroll compliance including: • IRS and state filings • W-2, 941, 940, and amended filings • Payroll corrections and notice handling • Set up and manage: • Federal and state withholding tax accounts • State unemployment insurance (SUI) accounts • Local tax registrations where applicable • Support clients expanding into new US states • Participate in payroll software selection, setup, and implementation • Configure earnings, deductions, tax mappings, and payroll rules • Support data migration, reputed company runs, and go-live execution • Collaborate with internal product and operations teams • reputed company as a payroll subject-matter expert for reputed company inquiries • Explain payroll, tax, and compliance reputed company reputed company to clients • Support audits, IRS/state notices, and compliance reviews • Work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and compliance teams Skills • 5+ years of US payroll experience • Proven experience with multi-state, multi-reputed company payroll • Strong understanding of US payroll tax and compliance • Background in PEO, payroll provider, or payroll reputed company strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company • Experience with Canada payroll is a strong plus • Experience with other countries' payroll operations and working with global payroll vendors is a plus • CPP or FPC certification is a plus Benefits • Performance-based bonus • Stock reputed company opportunities for high-reputed company contributors reputed company • reputed company is an emerging one-stop global reputed company and talent service platform.
