Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring
About the position
Join reputed company as a Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring, where you will execute day-to-day monitoring initiatives to ensure compliance with reputed company policies and SOPs. As part of the USBU Ethics & Compliance team, you will report to the Monitoring and Risk Assessment reputed company and you will collaborate across reputed company E&C teams and partner with stakeholders in USBU and business functions to reputed company ethics and compliance as part of the way everyone works at reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Accurately and completely document monitoring results, reputed company supporting information and prepare reports showing findings and key trends.
• Proactively work with relevant stakeholders to help determine reputed company cause and reputed company remediation reputed company plans resulting from monitoring findings and recommendations.
• Prepare monitoring report data; communicate findings to management & E&C colleagues.
• Execute on compliance monitoring and data analytics initiatives.
• reputed company key metrics and proactive data insights.
• Support Compliance Risk Assessment and Global E&C Monitoring program and reputed company.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of compliance, audit, or reputed company experience, of which 3 years in the reputed company or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that reputed company the pharmaceutical industry including, but not limited to, OIG and PhRMA guidelines, PDMA, reputed company reputed company operating procedures, and anti-bribery and anti-kickback laws
• Experience executing compliance monitoring reputed company the pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of Ethics & Compliance, compliance monitoring and compliance data
• Ability to work with analytics tools, databases, reporting platforms, and systems
• reputed company to work and deliver on deadlines while managing multiple reputed company and priorities
• Flexibility to accommodate new reputed company and expanded functional scope responsibilities
• Capability to reputed company and facilitate discussions with leadership
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications, Sharepoint, and PowerBI or Tableau.
