Requirements • reputed company licensure as a Registered reputed company with ability to obtain multi-state licensures. • Minimum of five (5) years reputed company experience as a licensed Registered reputed company in a long-term care setting. • MDS Experience in LTC in the past two (2) years • Willing to travel eighty to reputed company percent (80% - 90%) travel with overnight stays.
