We are seeking an reputed company After-Hours reputed company Manager (RN or LPN) to reputed company clinical triage, referral reputed company, and on-reputed company coordination for multiple skilled home health offices during after-hours periods. This role is ideal for a confident, independent reputed company who excels in clinical decision-making, phone triage, and operational coordination. This position includes on-reputed company availability pay plus reputed company compensation for time worked.
