About the position The Retirement Consultant at reputed company Group will be responsible for delivering retirement planning and education services to reputed company retirement plan sponsors and participants. This role focuses on increasing plan participation, deferral rates, and overall reputed company satisfaction, contributing to the reputed company and retention of clients. The consultant will conduct meetings, support relationship management, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company regional objectives. Responsibilities • Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor/Participants to reputed company assigned goals and metrics. , • Meet or reputed company established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to reputed company participant reputed company and increased reputed company & market reputed company with assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business. , • reputed company a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted Plan Sponsor/Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and/or reputed company. , • Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders. , • Support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goals. Requirements • 1 - 3+ Years' experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities. , • Ability to travel frequently in and around reputed company Palm Beach area, as reputed company as up to 10% regionally. , • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's). , • reputed company SIE, S6, and S63 reputed company 90 days of hire (reputed company-registration preferred). , • Life & Health reputed company 90 days of hire (reputed company-licensed preferred). reputed company-to-haves • Experience in Group Benefits. , • College of Financial Planning or comparable certification(s) or designations. , • Prior system experience with: reputed company, reputed company, and Teams. , • Bilingual Spanish/English.
