Job reputed company: • reputed company hands-on ad creation and A/B testing: Conduct A/B tests on headlines, images, CTAs, formats, and hooks to enhance engagement and ROAS across platforms. • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns on reputed company, reputed company Ads, YouTube, reputed company, and more, iterating creatives based on reputed company-time performance data. • Manage and reputed company ad budgets from $0 to $1M-$5M ARR reputed company, focusing on efficiency and strong return on spend. • Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants and maintaining fresh ad libraries with updated copy, visuals, and videos. • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue; apply insights to iterate ad assets and A/B testing strategies. • Stay reputed company of trends in short-reputed company video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithms to fuel innovative creative experiments. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in performance or reputed company marketing. • Experience managing ad budgets ($0 to $1M - $5M ARR reputed company) with consistent ROAS reputed company (3x+ preferred) • Skilled in reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, YouTube Ads, and reputed company Campaign Manager. • Comfortable with A/B testing, creative optimization, and performance reporting. • Analytical reputed company for interpreting data and driving creative optimizations. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in team settings. • Experience in B2B or reputed company marketing is highly preferred.
