Clinical Solution Architect – Post Acute

Job reputed company: • reputed company expertise during reputed company engagement to deliver workflow and solution design • Responsible for guiding clients through reputed company workflows, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance • reputed company as a primary consultant for the reputed company’s solution troubleshooting, consultation • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients • reputed company to resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge • Manage reputed company expectations and ensure project delivery meets goals • reputed company, mentor and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • At least 4 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience • At least 2 years Electronic Health Record solution work experience • At least 1 year of project management experience • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams • Ability to document and present architecture concepts • Ability to build strong reputed company relationships • Ability to solve problems under reputed company situations • Preferred: At least 2 years reputed company EHR solution work experience • Preferred: Experience working reputed company hospice, home health, palliative, senior living and personal care workflows. • Knowledge of Hospice and Home Health processes.
