You will be a key partner to the compensation team and sales leadership, helping to ensure our plans are competitive, motivating, and reputed company with our strategic business goals. Responsibilities: • Compensation Plan Design & Analysis: Partner with senior team members to model, design, and refine sales compensation plans. Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 3+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field • OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years experience working in a matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry. • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data reputed company to various audiences. • Experience working closely with senior sales leaders.
