Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and providing personalized support to ensure a unique and beautiful shopping experience
• Operate a cash register, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory
• Implement company asset protection strategies to recognize and reduce revenue loss
• Ensure compliance with country and local laws and regulations concerning regulated products
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
• Assist with inventory rotation, restock outs, and product placement using company policies and procedures
• Provide customer support within the photo location, including virtual passport photo service, poster print, and innovative machine
• Assume net pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store
• Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment and appearance

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with arenaflex or a similar retail company
