[Remote] Channel Operations Specialist

The Channel Operations Specialist role involves managing day-to-day operations for the channel business, including PO processing and partner data maintenance, while collaborating with various teams to enhance workflows and support partner programs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for GoGuardian’s channel business
- Manage transactional and process-driven tasks such as PO processing, deal registration, and partner data maintenance
- Provide operational insight to improve workflows and scalability
- Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and partner teams to streamline processes, maintain high-quality data, and support the execution of GoGuardian’s partner programs
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or channel support
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with demonstrated experience in reporting and data management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Passion for enabling sales growth by creating operational excellence
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and work things out
- Experience working in or with the education sector
