Dematic is a company focused on revolutionizing industrial settings through conveyor systems installation. The role involves crafting and installing conveyor systems while requiring extensive travel across the U.S. and leadership of less experienced personnel.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in crafting conveyor systems, assembling components, installing header steel, erecting platform and structural steel, setting up conveyors, installing guard rails, racks, and air piping (aluminum, copper, black iron), as well as detailing and testing installed equipment
• Role requiring extensive travel. Must be open to frequent and extended travel across the US

Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings

• Ability to help lead less experienced locally hired personnel
• Good communicator and willing to take direction
• High School or equivalent experience
• Must be able to acquire OSHA 10 certification upon hire
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites anywhere in the U.S
• A valid Driver's license is required
• Technical degree or specialized training
• Some computer experience preferred, basic emailing, spreadsheet input, and report input
