As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging them through various channels and showcasing the value of Patsnap's products.
Responsibilities
- Engaging potential clients for lead generation via calls, emails, and social media
- Managing and tracking leads using sales tools and CRM systems
- Collaborating on strategic sales plans with the team
- Participating in product knowledge and sales technique training
- Monitoring industry trends for strategic outreach
- Aligning with marketing for effective outreach
Skills
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, tech or IP sectors preferred
- Demonstrated effective communication and relationship building
- Professional use of CRM and sales automation tools
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- 1-2 years in sales, focusing on lead generation and client outreach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
