[Remote] Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers, providing timely information and support
- Manage service orders, including scheduling, order updates, and escalations
- Conduct follow-up calls and provide time windows for upcoming services
- Record and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Act as a liaison between customers, service teams, and internal departments to ensure clear communication
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Proven experience in logistics customer service or a related industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and customer management systems
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting a large national client in logistics or service coordination
- Skilled in handling escalations and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments
